    What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
  • Carrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, always adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Supporting and working closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations

  • Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
  • ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
