About the Role:

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair estimates, ensuring all work meets insurer and manufacturer standards while supporting efficient repair flow across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out detailed vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems
  • Prepare accurate, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and OEM guidelines
  • Work closely with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to maintain repair progress
  • Communicate professionally with insurers, engineers, and customers
  • Complete all documentation accurately and within agreed timescales

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
  • ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards)
  • Strong working knowledge of Audatex and estimating software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
