We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer from first contact to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and updates throughout the process
- Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
- Handle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Keep accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive industry experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A genuine passion for delivering great service
