The Role – Paint Technician / Paint Prepper
- Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles using approved methods and materials
- Carry out vehicle paint repairs with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver high-quality, flawless finishes in line with manufacturer standards
- Complete colour matching and blending to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider bodyshop team to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, or Paint Prepper within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, refinishing techniques, and colour matching
- ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and integrity
