About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our repair centre, supporting customers throughout their vehicle repair journey. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure repairs are managed efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
  • Manage repair bookings and customer appointments
  • Provide vehicle repair progress updates
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and collections
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, engineers, and suppliers
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and job information using internal systems
  • Support smooth day-to-day workshop operations

Ideal Experience

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Motor trade customer service
  • Automotive administration
  • Service Advisor roles
  • Bodyshop reception or administration
  • Dealership customer service
  • Automotive aftersales
  • Vehicle repair or accident repair environments

Previous bodyshop or accident repair experience would be highly beneficial, although candidates from wider automotive backgrounds will also be considered.
