What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
  • Preparing clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
  • Collaborating with the workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
  • Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator in the accident repair industry
  • ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
  • Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
