What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
- Preparing clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
- Collaborating with the workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
- Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator in the accident repair industry
- ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
- Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
