The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive repair site specialising in fleet rental vehicles. You'll be responsible for performance, profitability, people leadership, and delivering a consistently high standard of repair and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of the bodyshop, including productivity, quality, cost control, and KPIs
- Leading, motivating, and developing a multi-skilled team
- Managing high-volume fleet and rental repair workflows to strict SLAs
- Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer, BSI, and group standards
- Driving continuous improvement and operational innovation
