The Role
As a Quality Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards before being returned to our customers. You’ll carry out detailed quality checks throughout the repair process, liaise with technicians to address any concerns, and ensure compliance with industry and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles at various repair stages.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Work closely with workshop teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks.
  • Uphold Steer’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Quality Control, Technician, or similar role within the automotive repair industry.
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for excellence and integrity in every aspect of the role.
