The Role
We are looking for a General Site Maintenance Person to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to keep our site safe, clean, and well maintained. This is a hands-on role that requires a practical approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance around the site.
- Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Keep buildings, grounds, and work areas tidy.
- Assist with basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
- Support contractors and other site staff when needed.
- Report faults and maintenance requirements promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience is preferred.
- Good practical skills and the ability to use a range of hand and power tools.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Full driving licence preferred (if applicable).
