Key Responsibilities:
- Strip and refit vehicle components safely and efficiently
- Dismantle and reassemble vehicles in line with manufacturer repair methods
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- Work closely with bodyshop colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an MET / Strip & Fit Technician in an accident repair/bodyshop environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems
- ATA accreditation (or working towards) preferred
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude with pride in quality workmanship
