As a key part of our accident repair centre operations, you’ll ensure customer vehicles are collected, delivered, and handled safely and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles across Edinburgh and surrounding areas
- Carry out basic vehicle inspections before and after journeys
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction
- Support workshop operations through on-site vehicle movements
- Maintain accurate collection and delivery records
- Ensure all driving is carried out safely and in line with company standards
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- Must be aged 21+ for insurance purposes
- Previous driving, delivery driver, chauffeur, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
