At Steer Automotive Group, we don't just move vehicles – we deliver excellence. As one of the UK's leading automotive repair groups, we're looking for a professional 7.5 Tonne (C1) Driver to join our Edinburgh team.
You'll be responsible for transporting vehicles safely between our repair centres, customers and partner locations while delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Safely transport vehicles between Steer Automotive repair centres, customers and partner locations.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Load, secure and unload vehicles in accordance with safety regulations.
- Complete delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
- Provide a professional and courteous service at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A valid C1 (7.5 Tonne) driving licence.
- A valid Driver CPC and Driver Qualification Card (DQC).
- A digital tachograph card (where required).
- A clean UK driving licence.
- Previous experience driving 7.5-tonne or commercial vehicles is desirable.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- A strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Applicants must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.
