About the Role

Working as part of our accident repair team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering customer vehicles, supporting site operations, and providing a positive customer experience at every interaction. You will represent Steer Automotive Group on the road and directly with customers, making professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Carry out vehicle handovers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Complete basic vehicle condition checks before and after journeys
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle collections and deliveries
  • Assist with vehicle movements around the repair centre
  • Support workshop and operational teams with day-to-day vehicle logistics
  • Ensure all driving activities are completed in line with company policies and road safety regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the business professionally at all times

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
  • Aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements
  • Previous experience in a Driver, Collection and Delivery Driver, Vehicle Driver, or Customer Service role (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • A reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
  • A commitment to safety, professionalism, and integrity
