About the Trainee VDA Role
As a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will learn how to:
- Assess vehicle accident damage accurately
- Produce professional repair estimates using industry-leading estimating systems
- Work closely with technicians, insurers and customers
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards
- Support workshop productivity and customer satisfaction
- Understand repair methods, parts pricing and labour calculations
You will receive structured on-the-job training from experienced Vehicle Damage Assessors and Bodyshop Managers while developing towards industry accreditation.
