We\’re looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Central Claims (First Notification of Loss) team. In this front-line role, you\’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and work providers, delivering a seamless and supportive claims journey by phone and email.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering outstanding service to customers and work providers from the very first contact

  • Accurately logging and managing new claims in a timely and efficient manner

  • Handling multiple tasks with precision and professionalism

  • Supporting your team to consistently meet service level targets

  • Keeping customer files accurate and up to date across multiple systems

  • Managing all aspects of the customer journey, including handling enquiries and resolving complaints
