We’re looking for a Customer Contact Centre Advisor to join our Central Claims (First Notification of Loss) team. In this front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients and work providers, delivering a seamless and supportive claims journey by phone and email.

  • Delivering outstanding service to customers and work providers from the very first contact
  • Accurately logging and managing new claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handling multiple tasks with precision and professionalism
