The Role:
As our Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will support the Bodyshop Manager in leading and motivating the site’s performance - working with the team to hit and exceed budget, delivering outstanding quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Bodyshop Manager to drive site performance to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Support the Bodyshop Manager with recruitment and retention to ensure consistent staffing levels.
- Oversee workflow, quality control, and operational efficiency.
