We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Paint Technician to join our dedicated team and play a key role in producing high-quality paint finishes in line with our industry-leading standards. What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing, painting and refinishing commercial vehicles, including both LCV and HGV vehicle types, to a high standard using approved methods and materials
- Carrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Ensuring a smooth and flawless finish that meets both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, always adhering to health and safety regulations
- Supporting and working closely with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or commercial vehicle repair environment
- A strong understanding of manufacturer repair standards, modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
- ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
- Experience working in an OEM-approved or insurer-approved repair centre is desirable
- A genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
- A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
