We're looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join our busy Chesterfield repair centre and help us continue delivering exceptional results for our customers.

About the Role
As a Panel Technician, you'll carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring every repair meets manufacturer standards for safety, quality, and finish. Working alongside experienced technicians and using industry-leading equipment, you'll play a key role in returning vehicles to pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles
- Replace, repair, and align damaged panels to manufacturer specifications
- Perform MIG/MAG welding and use modern panel repair techniques
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Work collaboratively with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, and Vehicle Damage Assessors
- Follow all health and safety procedures and manufacturer repair methods
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Body Repair Technician
- Experience within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
- Skilled in MIG/MAG welding and modern vehicle repair techniques
- ATA accreditation (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills
