What You’ll Be Doing
- Collecting and delivering customer vehicles safely, efficiently and on time
- Providing a friendly and professional service when meeting customers
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks before and after journeys
- Moving vehicles around the bodyshop to support the day-to-day workflow
- Ensuring vehicles are handled with care at all times
- Maintaining accurate collection and delivery records
- Representing Steer Automotive Group professionally while out on the road
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- You must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements
- Previous experience as a Driver, Delivery Driver, Collection & Delivery Driver or Automotive Driver would be advantageous
- Customer service experience is desirable
- A professional, friendly and courteous approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- A strong commitment to safe driving and excellent customer service
- Experience within a bodyshop, accident repair centre, dealership, vehicle rental business or wider automotive environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
