Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Panel Technician / MET Technician to join our busy and professional repair centre in Bourne.

The Role
As a Panel Technician / MET Technician, you'll play a key role in returning vehicles to manufacturer standards following accident damage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out high quality panel repairs and replacements
- Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical and trim components (MET)
- Performing vehicle body repairs, alignment and structural repairs
- Welding and repairing damaged vehicle panels using approved methods
- Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Working efficiently to productivity targets while maintaining exceptional workmanship
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About You
We're looking for a skilled and motivated technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Panel Technician, MET Technician, Vehicle Body Repair Technician, Bodyshop Technician, or Accident Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of panel beating, welding, stripping and fitting, and vehicle repair techniques
- Experience working within a bodyshop, accident repair centre, or vehicle repair environment
- ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
