We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre in Boston. In this key role, you will ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and exceptional experience from first contact to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and progress updates
- Liaise effectively with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to keep communication clear and consistent
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Strong IT skills and confidence in learning new systems
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A full UK driving licence is essential
