We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
- Preparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
- Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
- Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
- ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
- Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
