The Role: As Bodyshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and profitable running of the site. You’ll lead a talented team of technicians and support staff, ensure industry-leading repair quality, and deliver a great experience for both customers and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of MET technicians, panel beaters, paint sprayers, estimators, and administrators.
  • Manage workflow, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with insurers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Support recruitment and ensure staffing levels meet operational needs.
