The Role
As our Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the site\’s performance – leading the team to hit and exceed budget, delivering outstanding quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You\’ll combine commercial awareness with people-focused leadership, keeping your site fully staffed with engaged, motivated team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive site performance to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Estimating experience is highly desirable (Audatex knowledge beneficial).
- Manage recruitment and retention to ensure consistent staffing levels.
- Oversee workflow, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers.

About You
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role.
