The Role
As our Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the site\βs performance β leading the team to hit and exceed budget, delivering outstanding quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You\βll combine commercial awareness with people-focused leadership, keeping your site fully staffed with engaged, motivated team members.
