We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer from first contact to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and updates throughout the process.
  • Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive industry experience extremely beneficial).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
