What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of commercial vehicles
- Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications
- Using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Working to defined productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards
- Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, respectful workshop culture
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a panel technician in a Commercial Bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Experience in commercial cab and chassis jig/pulling, commercial body fitting, taillift, and all aspects of welding would be desirable.
- Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques
- ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a clear sense of accountability
