Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a dynamic role covering multiple locations? Steer Automotive Group is seeking a Regional/Roaming Parts Advisor to support our sites across Scotland, providing cover for holidays, and general assistance across four key locations.

About the Role

As a Regional Parts Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts departments across multiple sites. You’ll manage stock, liaise with suppliers, and support our Bodyshop teams by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. This role requires travel between sites, offering variety and the chance to work with different teams within the Steer Scotland network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately allocate and book parts into stock, maintaining up-to-date records.

* Manage orders and deliveries to minimise downtime for bodyshops

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.

* Handle returns and credits efficiently.

* Ensure all parts departments operate smoothly and effectively.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and customer focused individual with experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry. You’ll thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy the flexibility of working across multiple locations.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor (automotive or accident repair preferred).

* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently.

* Confident communicator, able to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

* A full UK driving licence
