The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the workshop by sourcing, ordering, and managing vehicle parts. You’ll liaise with suppliers, technicians, and other internal departments to ensure that repairs are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Order and receive vehicle parts in line with repair schedules
- Maintain accurate records of stock and parts usage
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians to avoid delays
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor parts availability and manage back orders
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant parts department
About You
You will ideally have:
