The Role
As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you’ll work on a variety of vehicles — including electric and hybrid — delivering flawless paintwork from preparation through to the final finish.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Preparing vehicles: cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces
*
Mixing and matching paint to achieve exact colour matches
*
Using spray guns and operating the spray booth
*
Ensuring all finishes meet quality control and manufacturer standards
*
Collaborating with the team to meet daily and weekly targets
*
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety-compliant workspace
About You
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in every panel they paint and understands the value of precision and teamwork.
You Will Bring:
*
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint or Prep Technician
*
Strong knowledge of modern automotive painting techniques
*
Confidence using paint mixing systems and spraying equipment
*
Background in the accident repair or bodyshop sector
*
Exceptional attention to detail and a high-quality finish mindset
*
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
*
ATA or NVQ qualifications preferred (we offer support to renew)
