The Role:

In this versatile role, you’ll handle a broad spectrum of vehicle repairs across paint, panel, and MET disciplines. Working with everything from conventional to electric and hybrid vehicles, you’ll help ensure every job meets the highest standards — including BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing full paint processes including prep, masking, colour mixing, spraying, and finishing
  • Performing light MET and panel repairs, including stripping and refitting components
  • Diagnosing damage accurately and planning effective, high-quality repairs
  • Supporting team members across departments and helping maintain workshop flow
  • Adhering to health & safety standards and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience across paint, panel, and MET within the accident repair sector
  • Practical knowledge of working with electric and hybrid vehicles
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship
  • A reliable team player with the confidence to work independently when needed
  • Willingness to be flexible and support different areas of the workshop
  • ATA or NVQ qualifications preferred — support for renewal is available
