We’re looking for a sharp, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Call Handler to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) Team in Doncaster. This isn’t just a job—it’s the start of an exciting journey where excellence meets innovation and no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing You\’ll be right at the heart of our Central Claims Contact Hub, becoming the first voice customers hear after a stressful event. Your mission? Make that first call smooth, supportive, and efficient. Here’s what your day might include: * Taking incoming calls from customers reporting accidents or vehicle damage * Logging details accurately and quickly in our claims system * Answering queries and keeping customers informed at every step * Coordinating with insurers, repair teams, and other departments * Managing your workload efficiently while hitting team targets What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be a car expert—but you do need to care about people and love helping them. Experience in customer service is essential, and if you’ve worked in automotive or insurance, even better.
