As our Bodyshop Manager, you will take full ownership of the site’s performance – leading the team to hit and exceed budget, delivering outstanding quality, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll combine commercial awareness with people‑focused leadership, keeping your site fully staffed with engaged, motivated team members.
- Drive site performance to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage recruitment and retention to ensure consistent staffing levels.
- Oversee workflow, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers.
