We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Stock Integrity Manager to provide a single point of accountability for stock accuracy, value, risk, and corrective action across the business. This role ensures senior leadership has complete visibility of inventory across the organisation and ensures the stock holding is appropriate to the current and future needs of the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring stock accuracy, minimising excess and obsolete inventory, to release working capital, while supporting operational teams to maintain excellent stock discipline.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Own national stock accuracy and integrity
  • Implement and maintain robust stock counting and audit standards
  • Analyse stock levels, ageing and valuation across divisions
  • Identify overstock, slow-moving and obsolete inventory
  • Investigate root causes of stock inefficiencies and prevent recurrence
  • Develop clear dashboards and reporting for leadership teams
  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Production, Clinical and Branch teams to ensure stock integrity, develop a program for regular stock counts and audit as required by the business.
  • Support stock rationalisation initiatives and improve branch stock discipline

What We're Looking For:

  • Effective communication and time-management skills are essential.
  • A degree or HND in Management (or similar), or a background in the healthcare sector are desirable with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous relevant experience managing stock across a multi-site business.
  • Experience in process improvement, prioritisation, and with the organisational abilities to develop, maintain and monitor reporting.
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with RCA tools & CAPA processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with production, quality, engineering, and logistics to resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently.
