The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Costings Administrator to join our busy Costings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment, where priorities can change quickly and accuracy is critical.
You will be responsible for processing and scheduling orders efficiently, supporting the team in meeting KPIs, and ensuring that costings data and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain smooth operational flow in a manufacturing setting where responsiveness, flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and schedule orders accurately, meeting daily deadlines and operational priorities
* Work effectively within a high-volume, fast-moving manufacturing environment with changing demands
* Investigate and resolve queries promptly to minimise disruption to workflow
* Handle and process returns in line with established procedures
* Complete general administrative duties, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining internal systems
* Support achievement of individual and team KPIs
* Build strong working relationships with internal customers to promote effective communication and collaboration
* Assist with data collection and reporting, ensuring information is accurate and current
* Identify and suggest improvements to processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements at all times
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team and business
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Basic experience using ERP systems (desirable)
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
* Positive, adaptable and proactive approach to work
