Steelwrist is the fastest-growing manufacturer of tiltrotators, quick couplers, and smart work tools for excavators worldwide. Our mission: make every excavator more efficient, productive, and versatile through innovative, high-quality attachments backed by outstanding support. With rapid international expansion (now in 19+ countries and celebrating 20+ years of momentum), customer satisfaction drives everything we do — and world-class aftersales is at the heart of it. We're expanding our UK team and looking for a detail-driven Aftermarket Support / Claims Specialist to play a key role in delivering fast, fair, and professional warranty & technical support across the UK & Ireland.

What you'll do:

  • Efficiently assess, process, and administer warranty claims from dealers, service partners, and end customers — ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely resolutions.
  • Provide first-line technical and aftermarket support via phone, email, and occasionally in the field, helping diagnose issues with hydraulics, electrics, mechanics, and Steelwrist systems.
  • Liaise closely with the Aftermarket Manager and our headquarters in Sweden to escalate complex cases and ensure consistent global standards.
  • Support the smooth handling of spare parts orders and returns linked to claims and service activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of warranty processes, documentation, and dealer guidance to reduce repeat issues and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Help deliver technical training and support materials to strengthen our growing dealer and service partner network.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with dealers and customers while representing Steelwrist’s values of responsiveness, simplicity, and speed.

The role at a glance:

  • Office-based at our new UK headquarters in beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire.
  • Involves occasional national travel (UK & Ireland) for field support or training, plus potential trips to Sweden for product familiarisation.
  • Full factory-based product training provided in Sweden.
  • Phone, laptop, and iPad supplied.

Who we're looking for:

  • Solid technical understanding of heavy machinery — good working knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and mechanics (experience in plant, construction, agricultural, or automotive sectors is ideal).
  • Previous experience in warranty claims processing, aftersales support, technical administration, or a similar role within a dealership, manufacturer, or OEM environment.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and efficient — you thrive on managing multiple cases while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical matters simply and professionally, both internally and with dealers/customers.
  • Pragmatic problem-solver with a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously within a small, dynamic team.
  • Aligned with our values: responsiveness, simplicity, and speed — you enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where hard work is balanced with fun and camaraderie.

What we offer:

  • Competitive remuneration package (salary + benefits, depending on experience).
  • The chance to play a vital role in building a high-performing aftersales function in our fast-growing UK subsidiary.
  • Close collaboration with a knowledgeable and supportive team in the UK and Sweden.
  • Real opportunities for personal development in a dynamic, innovative company.
  • Varied and engaging work — combining technical support, process handling, relationship building, and industry exposure.
  • A positive, energetic culture: we work hard, celebrate successes, and enjoy the journey!

If you’re organised, technically minded, and passionate about delivering excellent customer support in the heavy equipment sector, this is a great opportunity to make a real contribution to a rapidly expanding business.
