Steelwrist is expanding its UK team and seeks a detail-driven Aftermarket Support / Claims Specialist to deliver fast, fair warranty and technical support across the UK & Ireland. The role is office-based at our UK HQ in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire and involves occasional travel for field support and training.
You will:
- Diagnose issues with hydraulics, electrics and mechanics
- Process warranty claims
- Liaise with the Sweden HQ
- Handle spare parts orders
- Help train dealers
