Steelwrist is seeking an Aftermarket Support / Claims Specialist to deliver fast, fair warranty and technical support across the UK & Ireland. The role is office-based at the UK headquarters with occasional travel for field support and training, plus potential trips to Sweden for product familiarisation.
You will work with the Aftermarket Manager and dealers, handling claims, coordinating parts, and contributing to process improvements while upholding Steelwrist values of responsiveness.
