Steelway Ltd, part of the Northern Industries Group, is seeking an organised Team Leader to support daily operations across Laser, Press, Fabrication and Assembly departments at the West Bromwich site. You will deliver production targets, coach a 6‑person team and help drive safe, efficient manufacturing.
Reporting to the Shopfloor Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, participate in hands‑on work when needed, and work with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure priorities are met and continuous improvement is achieved.
