About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit skilled Press Brake Setter & Operators to join our teams across our sites in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of products across a number of different end sectors. You’ll be part of a hands‑on production team, responsible for delivering high‑quality components inline with engineering drawings and specifications.

Hours

39 hours per week (plus any available overtime)– shift pattern dependent on location and specific duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate a range of press breaks
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Work collaboratively with production and design teams
  • Perform additional general factory duties as required
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience setting and operating a range of press breaks
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Understanding of workshop health and safety practices
  • Forklift or crane operation experience is beneficial (training provided if required)
