The firm is seeking candidates for two distinct practice areas: Corporate & Private Client and Gaming, Technology & Commercial. Both roles offer exposure to cross-border work, early responsibility, and direct client contact within an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Corporate & Private Client Associate
- Advising on M&A transactions, shareholder arrangements, and corporate restructurings
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and corporate governance documentation
- Supporting founders, family businesses, and private clients on structuring, succession, and wealth-planning matters
- Assisting with cross-border corporate and private client transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial, technology, and IP agreements (licensing, SaaS, development, services)
- Advising on regulatory and licensing frameworks for gaming, technology, and digital businesses
- Supporting M&A, investments, joint ventures, and restructurings involving tech/gaming sectors
- Advising on IP exploitation, commercialization, and brand protection
