Steelite International - Factory Site is seeking a part-time People & Culture Generalist (25 hours per week) to support the HR function across the business. You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and to promote employee wellbeing.
You will handle day-to-day HR tasks, employee relations, and maintain HR records, with travel to other Steelite locations as required.
