To provide team leadership to the Biscuit Warehouse departments. The Team Leader will control all labour to the production plan and co-ordinate all quality trials, documenting the results. The Team Leader will control all materials, production targets, Specifications/Methods, Work Instructions, Training Records, Dissection Reports, Risk Assessments/Safe System.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • To monitor all production, labour and targets within the department.
  • To monitor all quality to company standards.
  • To monitor and supervise all training records and needs, work instructions and specifications/methods.
  • Deal with operational issues arising on a daily basis within the area.
  • To record all production counts and faults and liaise with other departments to highlight any issues as early as possible, when manager is not available.
  • Meet customers’ expectations and deadlines.
