Job Description

Product Manager Join Our Team We're looking for a commercially focused and organised Product Manager to join our team.

This is an important role within the business, responsible for managing new and existing product ranges from initial concept through to launch, ensuring projects are delivered in line with company strategy, agreed timeframes and budgets.

You'll work collaboratively across Marketing, Design, Modelling, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply and Sales, using market insight and commercial analysis to develop competitive product ranges and support the continued growth of the business.

Friday: 8:45am 4:45pm Salary Up to £40,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Manage new and existing product ranges from concept through to launch, ensuring delivery against strategy, budgets and timescales.

Analyse sales, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support product development.

Develop and manage NPD, product launches, post-launch activity and rationalisation plans.

Coordinate cross-functional projects with Design, Modelling, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply, Marketing and Sales.

Manage supplier relationships, including product quality, pricing, payment terms and day-to-day communication.

Develop product briefs, support materials, samples and pricing models for relevant markets.

Provide product demonstrations and training to customers and sales teams where required.

Monitor product performance, margins and financial impact, providing regular updates to senior management.

Manage custom product designs and resolve product or quality issues with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

Maintain strong knowledge of competitors and market developments.

About You Have experience in product management, product development or a similar commercial role.

Have strong commercial awareness and confidence analysing sales, market trends, competitors and financial information.

Have excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across multiple departments and with suppliers.

Be confident negotiating commercial terms and presenting product information to customers and sales teams.

Be proactive, analytical and solution-focused, with excellent attention to detail.

Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
