You'll support the delivery of Steelite International's tactical and strategic marketing communications and PR by creating high-quality content that engages target audiences across every touchpoint and showcases the breadth of our global hospitality portfolio.
Working across sectors including hotels, restaurants, contract catering, healthcare, leisure and education, you'll help communicate Steelite International's story as a leading manufacturer and supplier of award-winning tabletop, buffet and hospitality solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to support new product launches, brand campaigns and strategic market developments, helping to bring innovative collections and solutions to market while strengthening Steelite International's position as a leading name in tableware.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Design and the wider business, you'll showcase our products, people, manufacturing expertise and customer partnerships within the global hospitality industry.
You'll manage the complete content process, from planning and concept development through to production, publication, community management and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging written, visual, photographic and video content across digital and marketing channels.
- Manage content calendars, websites, newsletters and social media in line with brand guidelines and marketing priorities.
- Support product launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions and PR activity, including photography, videography and promotional materials.
- Develop case studies, project features, presentations, product briefs and sales materials.
- Conduct competitor, market and trend research to inform content and marketing activity.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Support SEO, website optimisation and emerging content trends, including AI.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Design and external partners to deliver effective communications.
- Support marketing administration, including purchase orders, expenditure and budget reconciliation.
About You
- Experience in marketing communications, content creation, PR or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative, confident and able to produce engaging content across multiple channels.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, brand management, SEO and social media.
- Interest in emerging marketing trends, technologies and AI.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Commercially minded, with a commitment to producing high-quality, professional work.
