You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, effective product configuration, and strong surveillance outcomes. The role is hands‑on, with primary responsibility for product setup, calibration, training, and client enablement, rather than core data integration build.

  • Facilitate client workshops to confirm and detail business requirements to translate them into effective product configurations
  • Convert Statements of Work and Solution Design Documents into clear implementation plans focused on product setup and workflows
  • Configure and optimise the platform in line with client requirements and best practices
  • Drive surveillance rule calibration and tuning to ensure meaningful and actionable alerting
  • Deliver training to client users, ensuring strong understanding and adoption of the platform
  • Act as a subject matter expert throughout implementation and early lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Integration and Engineering teams to ensure data is effectively interpreted within the product
  • Provide clear delivery updates, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and contribute to broader client growth initiatives

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial services, ideally within large institutions or established vendors
  • Experience in client onboarding or implementation roles, particularly in product‑led or configuration‑heavy environments
  • Understanding of trade surveillance, communications surveillance, or regulatory technology, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this space
  • Knowledge of trading workflows for various asset classes (Equities, FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
  • Proven ability to lead client‑facing workshops, training sessions, and product discussions
  • Experience in product configuration, calibration, or optimisation
  • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data awareness and analytical mindset (Excel and/or Python advantageous)
  • Proactive, ownership‑driven approach with strong problem‑solving capability
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
