As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be a hands-on marketing generalist supporting ARR growth through strong execution across campaigns, content, product marketing, and events. With a lean toward product launches and events, you’ll help bring new features to market, run webinars and events, and deliver well-coordinated marketing activity that supports pipeline, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing activity across email/CRM, website, organic social, and paid support.
- Create and update marketing content, including emails, landing pages, website pages, and social posts.
- Produce and maintain core assets such as one-pagers, case studies, and sales decks.
- Keep marketing activity organised through clear calendars, briefs, timelines, and reporting.
- Track and report on performance using HubSpot and related tools, using insights to optimise activity.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, and Customer teams to ensure marketing supports ARR goals.
- Support product launches and feature releases with clear messaging, product communications, and simple GTM plans.
- Work with Product to translate features into customer-focused value messaging.
- Ensure product-related content and assets are accurate, up to date, and easy for sales teams to use.
- Support the planning and execution of webinars and events, including promotion, logistics, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure events run smoothly and deliver commercial impact.
- Act as a reliable, proactive contributor within the marketing team.
- Share best practices and support more junior team members where needed.
- 5+ years’ marketing experience in B2B SaaS, software, or technology.
- Comfortable working as a marketing generalist across digital channels.
- Some experience in product marketing, including messaging, launches, or product communications.
- Experience supporting or delivering events or webinars as part of a broader marketing plan.
- Strong written communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CMS tools, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience in FinTech / RegTech.
