This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who thrives in a dynamic production environment and enjoys balancing customer demand, operational efficiency, and production performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing short-term production schedules
- Ensuring production plans meet customer demand and delivery targets
- Optimising labour, equipment utilisation, and manufacturing efficiency
- Supporting stock level management and MRP planning
- Working closely with operations, commercial, and factory management teams
- Responding quickly to production issues and changing priorities
- Attending operational planning and performance meetings
What we’re looking for:
- Previous planning/scheduling experience within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and deadline focus
