Steele Charles Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing international food and retail group to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful, multi-site business undergoing significant digital transformation following international investment and continued expansion across the UK and Europe.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Project Manager with strong implementation experience to lead the roll‑out of several key business systems. This role is focused on project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and implementation rather than hands‑on technical expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure successful adoption and delivery across the business.

Candidates with experience delivering projects within hospitality, retail, leisure, or other customer‑facing multi‑site environments with EPOS systems are highly desirable. Reporting directly to the Head of IT for the EU, you will play a key role in coordinating cross‑functional projects, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of new business systems across multiple sites
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Technology, Operations, HR, and Marketing
  • Facilitate project meetings and implementation workshops
  • Support business change and user adoption initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Provide clear project reporting, governance, and progress updates
